WHY RANDOM ACTS OF JEWELRY?
It all started with one "random" bracelet. I wanted a bracelet I saw in a magazine but was blown away by how much it
cost (over $1,000!). I decided I could do it myself so I went to the bead store, picked out some beads, asked some
questions and made the bracelet. I had some extra beads so I made another. Then I decided to make a necklace. Each
time I went to the bead store I picked up more and more beads I liked. Every time I wore one of my pieces out I was
asked where I got it, so I decided to make my pieces available to everyone and I started Random Acts of Jewelry!
Everything is one-of-a-kind so you can feel extra special knowing you are the only one who owns that particular
piece or confident you are giving a very special gift!
WHERE TO FIND ME
Fairs are over for 2011 but as soon as I have my schedule for 2012 I'll post it here. I'm always on the lookout for new
opportunities to showcase my jewelry so let me know if you hear of any fairs in the MA area.
I'm trying to find new ways of advertising and promoting the site to reach an even broader audience. Any
ideas? Email me. Want to put a link to my site on your site and I'll do the same? If it makes sense, I can
create a new page to link out to "friends" and we can help each other. Gotta get creative in this economy!
FEATURED PIECE
Here are a few pieces that would be great for the holidays. I think this aventurine and rose quartz necklace would be
great to wear for holiday parties. These faceted crystal and garnet earrings would be great for a little black dress or
New Year's. This new cloissone bracelet & earrings would add a touch of style to a holiday dress.
Like mother, like daughter. My mom was actually designing jewelry way before I got started & I have her to thank for
any artistic/creative abilities I may have. I wanted to make sure credit was given where due, so if you see the
symbol, it means that piece is one of my mom's designs.

GALLERY
In addition to the pieces for sale, I've made many pieces for myself or to give as gifts. I've uploaded these in the
gallery so you can get an even better sense of my style and the types of things I do. Everything is one-of-a-kind
and gallery items are not for sale but if you see something you like we can discuss making you something similar, so
please feel free to email me and ask. Same goes for any SOLD item you see - if you like it and want something similar
email me and I'll see what I can do!
I like color and am drawn to larger chunkier beads; I like pieces that make a statement. However, you'll see a lot of
neutrals, earth-tones and more delicate pieces too. I am inspired by the beads, magazine ads, people, whatever I see
that jumps out at me. One of my necklaces was even inspired by salt & pepper shakers! Check it out!
Everything is one-of-a-kind!
